Well, we hit a HUGE goal in June..... this downline hit the 300+ mark!!! Today we offically have 332 consultants. This is amazing and I am so proud of this team! Our overall sales for June was $123,621.94! Yippee!! I have a feeling that July is going to be AMAZING becasue of the great special....$5 Littles. I have already taken advantage of this great sale myself and added several onto a few orders. They make great door prizes, hostess gifts, and I even bought a few for my son's preschool teachers for a back to school gift!
I know that several of you are getting back from National Conference. I apologize for not being there. I am still nursing Braden and since he is crawling and into EVERYTHING taking him was NOT an option. However, I am already thinking and planning for next year's conference. If you got to go this year and would like to share some ideas, tips, and thoughts with us, please leave a comment or email me and I will post it on our blog.
FYI
---If you have $500 in personal volume by July 15th then you will earn a $40 add-on kit for FREE!
--- The $40 and $80 add-on kits are available for purchase after July 15th...... begin booking those fall parties NOW!
--- Check the Thirty-One website daily for updates on stop-sell items. Some of the inventory is getting low becasue of the end of the spring/summer catalog.
--- There is a new procedure for items that are missing from orders. The home office is asking that you call the call center and report the item missing instead of doing an online return.
--- If you live in the Knoxville, TN area make plans to attend a great meeting on Thursday, August 5th. We are having an area wide meeting with lots of consultants and Jenny Hillenburg. Email me for more info.

Here and Gone Sale
Be sure to check the www.thirtyonetoday.com website to see the great Here and Gone Sale. Three of the lunch totes will be on sale for $5 until tomorrow night. You can only enter it as a retail order. I sent the flyer out to several of my best customers yesterday and by last night I had over 15 lunch orders. This is a great way to boost June sales!

Direct Deposit Info
I got the following email today from home office. Please take note about the upcoming changes with your commisson check.

And what's better is starting in August, you will receive commissions twice monthly. Receive your commissions quicker and enroll in Direct Deposit!
As Thirty-One transitions to an all Direct Deposit company, we'd like to encourage you to enroll today and avoid the check processing fees that will be implemented in August. Consultants who do not enroll in Direct Deposit will be assessed a $4 paper check processing fee for sales submitted as of August 1, 2010.
To complete the Direct Deposit enrollment now, go to www.mythirtyone.com and log in using your personal ID and password. Click on "Profile" and go to the bottom of the screen under "Commission Options" and click "Setup Direct Deposit." Welcome Team!
Hello ladies-----
I decided that instead of a monthly newsletter that I would begin a blog for our team. I plan to update the blog with upcoming Thirty-One announcements, monthly stats, consultants' Thirty-One stories, promotions, etc. If you sign up to be a follower, you will be notified every time I post on the blog. Feel free to also post comments. I want to hear from you. I think we all would enjoy learning what is "working" for you and your business. Please contact me if you would be willing to do one of the "Thirty-One stories." I did the first one below. I thought you might want to "put a face with the name."
Have a great day,
Kristy Bird

My Thirty-One Story
Meet the Bird Family...
Jeff, Kristy, Brooks (4 years old) and Braden (8 months old)

I began selling Thirty-One in September of 2007. I had an 18 month old son and was teaching part-time. I didn't realize it at the time, but Thirty-One was an answer from God. You see when Brooks (my firstborn son) was just a few months old, I remember pushing him in the stroller while doing our morning walk and thinking, "There is got to be something I can do and stay at home with him." Well, several months later, my school asked me to come back and teach part-time. I really enjoyed this. I got to be with Brooks 2 1/2 days a week and teach 2 1/2 days a week. However, we were still missing half an income. (My husband is a teacher too. So you see we needed that other half! HA!) So one day I received a cute little card in the mail and turned over to see thirtyonegifts. com. I checked out the site and discovered that they not only sold stationary..... but the cutest monogrammed items you had ever seen!!! I sent an email requesting information and a few days later, I heard from Kaine Story (who is now a Sr. Exectutive Director) and thus began my Thirty-One journey. I have really enjoyed selling Thirty-One and being part of this awesome company. I have seen my downline grow from just me to now 249 consultants. I had our second son in August and becasue of our team's success I have been able to stay at home (FULL TIME) with my boys. So you see the Lord answered that prayer I prayed several years ago..... he sent me Thirty-One.
