Congratulations!!
A BIG congratulations to Cara Boone who just promoted to Sr. Director this month! Way to go, Cara! You are doing an AWESOME job!

Wow..... I cannot believe that it is August 2010! Last year at this time I was about to have my second son and now we are celebrating his first birthday next weekend!!! Time sure does fly when you are having fun. Speaking of fun, I enjoyed meeting a lot of you at our meeting last Thursday night. I learned so much from our speaker, Shari Hudspeth, and have been trying to implement a lot of her business strategies and suggestions! A big thank you to Sarah Overman who was in charge of the night. Everything turned out great!
I hope that all of you are enjoying the new catalog. I began my 31 journey 3 years ago this month and I believe that this is the BEST catalog yet! I LOVE the fabrics and I am getting LOTS of great feedback from customers who are loving it too! July was a great month for our team. This downline sold $147,784 and we are getting close to having 400 consultants on our team!!! I can't believe it. God is so good and I know he is truly blessing this business!

June Stats
Well, we hit a HUGE goal in June..... this downline hit the 300+ mark!!! Today we offically have 332 consultants. This is amazing and I am so proud of this team! Our overall sales for June was $123,621.94! Yippee!! I have a feeling that July is going to be AMAZING becasue of the great special....$5 Littles. I have already taken advantage of this great sale myself and added several onto a few orders. They make great door prizes, hostess gifts, and I even bought a few for my son's preschool teachers for a back to school gift!
I know that several of you are getting back from National Conference. I apologize for not being there. I am still nursing Braden and since he is crawling and into EVERYTHING taking him was NOT an option. However, I am already thinking and planning for next year's conference. If you got to go this year and would like to share some ideas, tips, and thoughts with us, please leave a comment or email me and I will post it on our blog.

--- There is a new procedure for items that are missing from orders. The home office is asking that you call the call center and report the item missing instead of doing an online return.
--- If you live in the Knoxville, TN area make plans to attend a great meeting on Thursday, August 5th. We are having an area wide meeting with lots of consultants and Jenny Hillenburg. Email me for more info.

Here and Gone Sale
Be sure to check the www.thirtyonetoday.com website to see the great Here and Gone Sale. Three of the lunch totes will be on sale for $5 until tomorrow night. You can only enter it as a retail order. Direct Deposit Info
I got the following email today from home office. Please take note about the upcoming changes with your commisson check.
Did you receive your commission check in the mail today? Consultants who are enrolled for Direct Deposit can rest assured knowing payday is promptly on the 10th of each month. And what's better is starting in August, you will receive commissions twice monthly. Receive your commissions quicker and enroll in Direct Deposit!
As Thirty-One transitions to an all Direct Deposit company, we'd like to encourage you to enroll today and avoid the check processing fees that will be implemented in August. Consultants who do not enroll in Direct Deposit will be assessed a $4 paper check processing fee for sales submitted as of August 1, 2010.
To complete the Direct Deposit enrollment now, go to www.mythirtyone.com and log in using your personal ID and password. Click on "Profile" and go to the bottom of the screen under "Commission Options" and click "Setup Direct Deposit." You will need to provide your Bank Name, Account Number, Routing Number and specify whether you are using a Checking Account or Savings Account.

An AMAZING MAY!!!!!
All I can say is WOOOOOWWWWWW...... what an awesome month. This downline broke all kinds of records this month. This downline sold $226,302.15 and has 43 new consultants..... we are up to 285 consultants! Absolutely amazing and I know a lot of you will have some GREAT commission checks.... maybe you can pamper yourself a little with some of your hard-earned money! June and July have some great specials too.... (I can't wait to see that cute "littles carry-all" in July!) Keep up the GREAT work! I am so blessed to me part of such an amazing team!! August 5th Meeting
My team will have their next team meeting on August 5th. I am excited to tell you that we will be meeting with A LOT of fellow consultants and JENNY HILLENBURG! I know we will all learn SOOOOOOOO much. I am thrilled! I will post as I know more, but it is tentatively set for Thursday, August 5th at 6:00pm at the Blount Co. Library in Maryville.
